Bandai America has delayed the release of its Resident Evil Deckbuilding Game from Halloween to November 19th, but Bandai is planning a full slate of promotional activities, which will start on Halloween weekend (October 29-31st) when customers will have a chance to get a sneak preview of the game when demo copies of the game are made available to hobby dealer nationwide. Customers who pre-order the game before November 19th will receive two exclusive promo cards not available in the regular game. The Resident Evil Deckbuilding Game (MSRP $29.99 US) is based on a well thought out concept that ties in nicely with the popular Capcom zombie-killing video games and the highly successful movie franchise. Zombies are hot and now there will be another game to take advantage of the growing interest in this horror subgenre, which should get another boost when The Walking Dead TV series, which is based on the Image Comic, debuts on AMC on Halloween.

Any hobby retailer that signs up will receive their FREE copies of the game on October 29, 2010 (Halloween Weekend) and be able to begin demoing the game to their customers. We will also include posters with each game that will promote our hobby exclusive Pre-Order promotion. For every order that we receive before November 19, 2010, we will ship you 2 special Gold promo cards that are not available in the game. These are expected to be passed to your hobby retailer for them to pass on to their customers who pre-order the game.

Then on the release date November 19, 2010, we will ship each hobby retailer on our sign-up list a special FREE Launch Kit that will include foil versions of one of the game cards and also an exclusive game mat that can either be a tournament prize or raffled off to a customer.
