Terms and Conditions of Website Use
Below is an outline of the terms and conditions for use of the Grosnor Distribution website.
Failure to adhere to these terms and conditions may result in the suspension or removal of a store's website access.
Grosnor Distribution reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

1. Website access information should not be given to anyone who is not associated with the Customer's store (herein refered to as 'account').
a. Customers are responsible for any and all changes made within their own account (including, but not limited to, pre-orders and online orders).
All access should be kept strictly confidential to ensure an account is not compromised.

2. Unauthorised use of an account's website access will result in accounts requiring verification or password reset.
a. Customers receiving a password reset notification that they did not request, are receiving it because there has been unusual use of their account, or no sales in the last 3 months.

3. Continued unauthorised access to the Grosnor Distribution website will result in the removal of the account's website access.
a. Access to the Grosnor Distribution website is a privilege which will be revoked if abused.

4. All Customers are required to enter a valid email address for their account.
a. Customers can update their email address through the Dealer's Lounge > Account area.
If your account does not currently have a valid email address, you will be required to add one before you can access the website.

5. All accounts are required to select, and answer, 2 secret questions.
a. These secret questions will be used to verify the account whenever there is suspicious activity, or to update your password or email address.
Secret questions and answers should not be given out to anyone not associated with the Customer's store.

Failure to adhere to these terms and conditions may result in the suspension or removal of a store's website access.
Grosnor is a distributor to Canadian retailers only.
A password is required to access most areas of this website.
