Grosnor COVID-19 Update – Open For Business!

Dear Valued Customers,
With the daily and sometimes hourly updates from around Canada regarding the COVID-19 Pandemic we want to keep you informed of the changes happening at Grosnor. First off, we want to let you know that at this time we are still fully operational.
Our priority is to protect our customers and staff from potential COVID-19 exposure, while at the same time doing what we can to continue the flow of needed products to your store.
With the uncertainty of when things will return to ‘normal’ in Canada, we have suspended new pre-order listings. Because it’s hard for anyone to plan right now for what the near future will bring we won’t be asking you to right now, in terms of pre-orders. We’ll be revisiting this decision on a weekly basis.
No Grosnor staff have tested positive for the coronavirus. However, any staff member who is at risk or feeling unwell for any reason has not been reporting to work. They are self-isolating for a period of 14 days, at which point we will re-evaluate the current virus situation. We will continue to follow what is happening in the world around us, and changing our policies as necessary for the protection of all.
You may still pick up orders, however we encourage you to have your orders shipped instead. Our pick up procedures now include social distancing for everyone’s safety, as only Grosnor staff are being permitted to walk in the front door. Your Account Manager will communicate further details when you place an order for pick up.
