We would like to sincerely apologize for the barcode printed on the VGE-G-RC01 boxes and packs as they conflict with that of VGE-G-BT09.

Please assist us by sending the correct barcode to your retailers, which can be found in the revised order sheet attached in this email. The stores should print it out for their own use so as to avoid mixing of product pricing and inventory with VGE-G-BT09.

The correct barcode can also be found on our official website so that shops can have easier and immediate access to this correction.

In addition, we will be sending you the correct barcode stickers based on the number of boxes you have ordered so that you can paste onto your balance stock or send to your retailers for their use as well.

The stickers will be also sent from our office to all of the official stores directly.
