Amid the situation of COVID-19, we have been monitoring the situation closely along with adjusting our functions as recommended by government agencies in each of our player based countries. The health and safety of our players and partners is our first priority, and as such, we are making changes to the following in March 2020. We would like to seek your kind assistance in informing your shops.

Monthly Shop Tournament - March 2020
• It will be up to the discretion of the individual shop if they would like to cancel or continue to hold March’s Monthly Shop Tournament.
• Unutilised promo items provided for the usage of tournaments can be used for other promotional purposes if the shop decides to cancel March’s Monthly Shop Tournaments.

Bushiroad Spring Fest Shop Challenge 2020
• It will be up to the discretion of the individual shop if they would like to cancel, postpone or continue to hold Bushiroad Spring Fest Shop Challenge 2020 as planned.
• Unutilised promo items provided for the usage for Bushiroad Spring Fest Shop Challenge 2020 can be used for future promotional purposes if the shop decided to cancel the Shop Challenge.
• If any shop decides to postpone the Shop Challenge, kindly ask them to reschedule it to be a date after March 2020 and to inform us by sending an email to sg_marketing@bushiroad.com with the title “BSF Shop Challenge Postponement”.
• If any shop decides to cancel the Shop Challenge, kindly ask them to inform us by sending an email to sg_marketing@bushiroad.com with the title “BSF Shop Challenge Cancellation”.

VGE-V-EB13 Sneak Preview
• It will be up to the discretion of the individual shop if they would like to cancel or continue to hold the Sneak Preview event for VGE-V-EB13 on 27th to 29th March 2020.
• For this release, shops will be allowed to sell individual packs from the Sneak Preview Kits during the Sneak Preview dates of 27th to 29th March 2020.
• Promo items from the sneak preview kit may be used for promotional purposes.

Cancellation of Shop Tournament
• April Shop Tournaments (March 30 to May 3)
• May Shop Tournaments (May 4 to May 31)

PR items which were planned for these tournaments will be given out during Shop Tournaments in the subsequent months.
