I hope this email finds you well.

Below are some updates we have as of today amid the current Covid 19 situation.

Malaysia Lockdown Extended

As many of you are aware that Malaysia government has extended their lockdown for another 2 weeks to 14th Apr 2020, our factory will remain closed until the aforementioned date.

Hence, we regret to inform you that the shipping and release date of the upcoming products will continue to be delayed.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and we will update you with the release and shipping dates as soon as we have the confirmed
information.

VGE-V-EB13 - Shipping to retailers

We believe that many of our distributors are facing operational issues on warehousing and shipping due to the current situation.

Hence, we have decided that you may ship VGE-V-EB13 earlier than usual to your retailers. Please aim for the products to reach your retailers, earliest, on the Monday of the release week, 30th Mar 2020.

Please keep in mind that any breaking of street date by your retailers will be brought up with you and resolved accordingly.
